Spain is a beautiful country! The mountains in the distance gently touch the sea. We are staying in Castelldefels, Spain which is about 30 miles from Barcelona. So far I have done nothing but veg out on the beach and eat delicious food. The food is fantastic by the way. Goat cheese salads, juicy burgers with fresh bacon and open face sandwiches. I couldn't be happier with this destination following the hustle and bustle of the city of Amsterdam. For now I am going to relax and eat some food and drink some cocktails!
